Overview

	Comfortable rooms in a 400-year old restored farm building in a quiet street of the village - . Each room having its own bath and toilet (bath and toilet in well separated spaces). The village is situated on the banks of the picturesque RANCE-estuary, at 10km from the EMERALD-coast with its beautiful seascapes and beaches.
	The village of Saint-Suliac has been selected to be one the most beautiful in France.

Location & Transportation

The property is situated in a quiet "ruette" of the village.
Directions	on the N137 highway between Saint-Malo and Rennes take exit Saint-Suliac. Follow signs until center of the village close to the church. Follow signs indicating "La Goelette".
Transportation	railway station at Saint-Malo with trains from/to Paris and Rennes. Bus from Saint-Malo to Saint-Suliac (not very frequent), or taxi or (best) car hire. Airport Dinard is at only 17 km. Daily flights (Ryanair) between London Stansted and Dinard.

	Rate details: prices based on 2 or 3 persons (depending on the room) per room : +/- 10 Euro per EXTRA person/per person LESS- to be regularized at arrival
	Deposit requested prior to arrival: After confirming your reservation, you will be contacted by La Goelette Bed and Breakfast.
	Taxes: 1.20% tax will be added to the quoted room rate at the time of payment.
	Additional charges: A charge may be incurred for extra persons in a room.
	Credit cards accepted on location: Visa MasterCard
	Cancellation policy: (not applicable to online confirmation payments) The indicated price for the room is based on the number of persons mentioned : +/- 10 Euro per extra person/person less - to be regularized at arrival (does not concern single person bookings). As deposits, 30% of the booking_value will be cashed at booking time, and another 30% at 20 days before arrival. The remainder is owed at 48 hours before arrival. Payed deposits are NOT refundable (with the only exception that we find other guests for the cancelled booking), BUT can be used for a comparable future booking within 8 months. This is only valid for a first cancellation.
