Overview

	Self contained delightful "pigeonnier" that sleeps 2 in the first floor double bedroom in the "tower".
	At the front of the property is a large lawned area set with fruit trees. Clients staying in the Pigeonnier enjoy the privacy of their own shaded pergola terrace with patio furniture and BBQ.
	On the ground floor is a lounge, dining area and kitchen, fitted with gas cooker, refrigerators and microwave. There is a log burning stove, radio, TV (English Channels) and Video and DVD.
	The heated shower room, toilet and WC are also on the ground floor. Outside is the secluded 12 x 6 metre solar panel heated swimming pool and spa with loungers and pool furniture.

Directions	Labarthe is situated near the small village of St. Aubin de Cadelech, off of the Route D25, south of Bergerac and between the medieval bastide towns of Issigeac and Eymet in the Southern Dordogne.
